A Pillar of Shame in Kurdistan?

As a memorial of the Anfal-massacre

On 23rd May Jens Galschiot will leave for a two weeks journey to Iraqui Kurdistan where he will take contact to artistic and political circles to explore the possibilities of setting up a Pillar of Shame.

Furthermore he will look into the possibilities of building a bronze casting workshop in Iraq for Kurdish artists.
