A European campaign

The initiative is launched by the Danish NGO for the homeless Project OUTSIDE. In connection with the campaign Jens Galschiot has displayed 13 sculptures of homeless people in the European capitals on the occasion of the European Year for combating poverty and social exclusion 2010.
