A happening of these dimensions necessarily involves many people. Money is scarce so we
must take advantage of unpaid work. The commitment of many volunteers symbolizes of our
common responsibility, both socially and ecologically, for the development of the Earth.
This responsibility should not just be left to politicians, experts, artists etc.

local and internationa, level etc.
